Job Description
Join IAServices, a USA-based Call Center company, as a seasoned Call Center Team Lead. We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our outbound sales team and close deals effectively. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in leading outbound call center teams for USA/UK campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include guiding, supporting, and coaching your team, hiring and training new members, executing campaigns, and maintaining a positive work environment. Strong leadership and CRM experience are required.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs60,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month, along with performance bonuses and opportunities for growth.
