Job Description
Amigos BPO LLC is seeking a Senior Trainer to enhance our Medicare and ACA Campaign. The successful candidate will be responsible for training call center agents on Medicare and ACA products, developing training materials, and monitoring agent performance to ensure compliance with customer service standards.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of Medicare and ACA, prior training experience in call centers, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
Immediate On-Site Interviews:
Timing: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Address: Amigos LLC, 2nd Floor, Malhi Plaza, Main Murree Road, Near Metro Station, Saddar, Rawalpindi.
Salary: Up to Rs150,00.00 per month.
