Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Call Center Verification Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to verify customer information and ensure the accuracy of insurance applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify customer and insurance application details.
- Ensure data accuracy before processing.
- Communicate with customers to confirm information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Follow company policies and regulations diligently.
Qualifications:
- Prior call center or customer service experience.
