Job Description
Zepto Systems Limited is currently looking for a committed Call Center Representative to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all sites are adequately covered. The representative will accept tasks from management and liaise with senior management and field teams to address officers’ concerns and manage shift changes promptly.
Key responsibilities include engaging with clients during alarm response calls, accurately completing incident reports, and effectively documenting officer activities. Ideal candidates should possess strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and demonstrated leadership qualities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Location: Rawalpindi – Reliable commuting or relocation is required.
