Job Description
Three Percent Pakistan in Rawalpindi is seeking a full-time Call Centre Agent (CSR). In this on-site role, you will manage client communication, oversee escrows, and ensure successful deal closures while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in closings and deal closure
- Escrow management background
- Strong negotiation skills
- 2+ years in sales or closing roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in Final Expense, ACA, or Medicare campaigns
Compensation: Basic Salary: 100,00 PKR + Performance Bonuses.
