Job Description
Innovadel Technologies is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Centre Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage customers by asking insightful questions and keeping the conversation flowing. You’ll respond to queries and complaints, listen to customers’ needs, and provide product information while meeting sales quotas. While 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred, fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
