Job Description
Call Matricx is seeking a polite and professional Call Centre Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service by answering queries, managing complaints, and troubleshooting issues related to our products and services. You will engage with clients through a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a positive experience for each caller.
Responsibilities include: effectively addressing client needs, building lasting relationships, utilizing software tools, meeting call center metrics, and making sales recommendations.
This is a full-time position with a salary of up to Rs35,00.00 per month. Reliable commuting to Lahore is required.
