Job Description
Click BPO seeks confident, customer-focused Call Center Representatives to handle inbound and outbound UK calls. Candidates must speak fluent English with a clear, professional accent appropriate for UK customers. This full-time, office-based position is located at Shop #12, Paracha Street, BCG Chowk, Multan, and operates evening/night UK shifts (flexible).
- Competitive salary up to Rs30,00/month plus incentives, performance bonuses, training, and career growth.
- Follow scripts, provide excellent customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accurate records.
- Basic computer literacy, strong listening and problem-solving skills, and a professional demeanor required.
