Job Description
AAM TECH HUB is looking for a dedicated Call Operator to become a valued member of our team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, delivering precise information regarding our products and services, while also maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle all incoming and outgoing calls
- Deliver accurate information about products and services
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Proficient communication skills in English and Urdu
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
