Job Description
Ali Builders & Developers is excited to announce an opening for a Call Support Specialist (Female) to strengthen our client relations team. We are looking for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in call centers or customer service, with a preference for those who have a background in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to facilitate payment recovery and follow up on services.
- Update client information in our CRM system and Excel spreadsheets.
- Address client inquiries and escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Maintain detailed call logs and generate reports.
Compensation: Rs30,00.00/month
