Job Description
HRMD Solutions is seeking a Care Coordinator (English) with experience in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of medical terminology, specifically in Chemotherapy or Hematology, alongside excellent communication skills and a patient-centered service approach.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lahore, Gulberg 3, with a night shift schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Address patient and provider inquiries in English and Spanish.
- Manage medical appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
Requirements:
- Experience in patient care and medical training.
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
