Job Description
Oilexec is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Manager holding HACCP Level 4 certification. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing labor, creating high-quality menus, and overseeing food production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to identify their catering needs.
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members.
- Manage budgets while ensuring excellent quality of service.
