Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the CCaaS platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with customers and vendors for technical support.
- Monitor system alerts for compliance with standards.
- Handle Linux & Windows servers, API integrations, and network configurations.
Qualifications:
- Certification in CCaaS platforms (e.g., NICE CXone, Genesys).
- Experience with NICE CXone Studio and related features.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, networking protocols, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds or Nagios.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,00.00 – Rs180,00.00/month
