Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Executive Office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. You will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

Qualified applicants should have prior experience as an executive assistant, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and exceptional time management abilities. A degree in Business Administration is preferred.
