Job Description
Firm Tech Services is actively seeking enthusiastic Chat Support Officers for morning, evening, and night shifts at our Gulberg Lahore office. As a Chat Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries promptly and accurately. Your responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, assisting with our specific features, monitoring social media complaints, and gathering customer feedback to collaborate with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in Chat Support or a similar role is a plus.

Compensation: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
