Job Description
We invite you to become a part of DR JAVED FAROOQUI’s team as a Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively addressing customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a prompt and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and clear messages, resolve customer concerns, confirm orders, update order statuses, drive sales, and promote our products.
Qualifications:
- Education Level: Intermediate or Graduate
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Urdu and conversational English
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
