Job Description
Join our team at Prima Systems as a Chat Support Executive! We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide prompt chat and email responses to our customers. You will document customer inquiries and develop reliable service solutions, while maintaining exceptional service levels.
Job Requirements:
- Intermediate or above proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving capabilities
- Available for shifts from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM OR 6 PM to 3 AM
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
