Job Descriptions:
The Chemical Production Plant Admin Manager will oversee the daily operations of the administrative department, ensuring smooth functioning and effective coordination among staff. Responsibilities include developing and enhancing administrative systems, managing office events, organizing information and records, and overseeing various operational activities such as housekeeping and security.
The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management and have at least 10 years of experience, preferably in the chemical industry. A strong background in budget tracking, quality management, and process improvement is desired.
