Job Description
PIB Consultants is seeking a dedicated Client Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly. You will liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, schedule meetings, and ensure timely updates on services.
Your responsibilities will include collecting client feedback, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports. You will also assist in contract renewals and address issues proactively to ensure client satisfaction.
