Job Description
We are seeking a Client Operations Executive to manage B2B client onboarding, account maintenance, and daily service delivery. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve issues, monitor SLAs, and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Lead new client onboarding and manage ongoing account communications.
- Track performance metrics, handle escalations, and implement operational improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure aligned delivery.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B client operations or account management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with CRM tools, and a detail-oriented, proactive, customer-focused mindset.
