Job Description
Location: Axxon BPO, 1st Floor, Building #191, Kashmir Rd, near UBL Bank and Jazz Office, Saddar, Rawalpindi
Salary: 45,00 – 75,00 PKR (based on experience and performance bonuses)
Axxon BPO is seeking dedicated Client Service Agents to deliver outstanding support to our clients. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards client inquiries. Responsibilities include resolving client issues, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the team to enhance service quality.
Qualifications: 6 months of customer service experience preferred; strong English and Urdu communication; problem-solving skills; basic computer proficiency.
