Job Description
My Digital People seeks a Female Client Success Executive to act as the primary point of contact via phone, email, and live chat. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve and escalate client issues, maintain accurate records, and report client feedback.
- Requirements: British accent, Bachelor’s degree, and 2+ years working on international campaigns with customer service or call center experience.
- Skills: excellent communication, strong problem-solving, and effective multitasking.
- Role: full-time, in-person; UK hours. Compensation: Rs80,00–120,00/month plus annual incentives.
