Job Description
We at Infiniti Software are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and helping drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities: Handle client queries on Fiverr, guide onboarding, prepare project quotes, and upsell services. Collaborate with project management and development teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements: Experience in client management or sales preferred. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
