Job Description
Axxon BPO is looking for detail-oriented Client Verification Agents to join our team in Rawalpindi. This role involves verifying client details, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting high-quality customer service in our call center.
Responsibilities:
- Verify client information accurately.
- Provide clients with account updates.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance client experience.
Qualifications:
- 6 months experience in a call center/customer service.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
