Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Trials Quality Assurance Associate to uphold GCP, SOPs, and regulatory standards across clinical studies. The role involves conducting internal audits and inspections, tracking and verifying CAPA implementation, reviewing trial documentation, and supporting quality management systems to ensure inspection readiness.
- Perform audits and monitoring of corrective actions
- Conduct root-cause analysis and oversee CAPA effectiveness
- Review trial records, consent forms, and regulatory filings
- Collaborate with study teams to optimize processes and compliance
Qualifications: 1–3 years in clinical research QA, strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proven experience with CAPA and root-cause methodologies.
