Job Description
We are seeking energetic, professional Closing Specialists to make outbound verification and closing calls. Responsibilities include verifying customer details, briefly explaining services, answering questions, guiding customers to completion, and accurately logging call results.
- Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM–5:00 AM; full-time.
- Location: 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, near Avari Towers, Karachi (on-site).
- Compensation: Rs40,00–60,00 per month plus bonuses.
- Open to fresh graduates; prior call center experience is a plus.
- Requirements: strong verbal communication, professionalism, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
