Job Description
Vibractive is in search of a dynamic and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coffee café. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead a well-coordinated team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations, supervise staff, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, address customer inquiries, monitor inventory, and support marketing initiatives.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years in café management, strong leadership skills, practical knowledge of POS systems, and flexibility with work hours.
