Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is seeking a motivated Cold Outreach Specialist to join our team. This role involves generating and qualifying leads by identifying potential property owners and landlords through platforms like Zillow. The successful candidate will initiate outreach efforts, schedule meetings with our CEO, and manage follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify rental properties on Zillow.
- Outreach: Connect with landlords via phone, email, and text.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate property suitability and landlord interest.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange appointments with the CEO.
- Follow-Ups: Develop relationships to increase conversion rates.
- CRM Management: Document interactions using CRM systems.
