Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Collection Officer/Recovery Officer to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in various locations including North Choota Sahiwal, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Jalalpur Jattan, Jouharabad, Noor Poor Thal, Sargodha, and Wazirabad. The salary range for this position is between Rs. 45,00 to 50,00.
As a Collection Officer, your primary responsibilities will involve following up with customers for outstanding payments, negotiating payment plans, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree, possess 1-2 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to travel are also required.
