Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality consistency of bakery products and assign tasks to team members.
- Maintain adherence to standard recipes and control processes.
- Develop relevant buffet displays based on operational needs.
- Coordinate with the Materials Department to procure ingredients.
- Foster creativity in the bakery to stay competitive.
Job Requirements:
- Address audit findings on safety and hygiene compliance.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling per FSSAI guidelines.
- Monitor operations to maintain hygiene and quality standards.
