Job Description
Recruitment Empire is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Complaints Administrator. This position is essential in ensuring that all customer complaints are acknowledged, investigated, and resolved promptly. Responsibilities include handling incoming complaints, maintaining documentation, collaborating with internal teams, and communicating outcomes to customers. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or complaints role, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate the ability to work well in a team.
Work Mode: Office
Shift Time: 10 AM – 7 PM
Location: DHA Sector F Rwp
