Job Description
Perfect Group is looking for a motivated B2B Cold Caller with experience in the construction industry, particularly in estimation services. The successful candidate will generate leads, engage with potential clients, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of construction estimation, and a proven history in cold calling for B2B sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to general contractors and construction firms.
- Introduce our estimation services to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads.
- Maintain call logs in CRM software.
- Exceed weekly and monthly call targets.
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (Rs60,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month)
