Job Description
Manage daily construction site operations, overseeing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and quality control. Lead and coordinate crews, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications. Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders. Prepare reports, track materials and equipment, and optimize resource allocation to meet timelines and cost objectives.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and 5+ years of site management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication; knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and OSHA regulations.
- Other: Valid driver’s license and ability to read construction plans.
