Job Description

A global leader in workplace behavior change is seeking a Senior Content Strategist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience for an on-site role in Karachi. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end content workflows and lead multi-channel strategies across blogs, social media, cold outreach, and whitepapers. Key duties include editorial calendar ownership, SEO integration, content marketing for lead generation, performance analysis, and coordination with design, social, and sales teams. Experience with AI content automation and the ability to balance automated output with human oversight is required. Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
