Job Description
Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Contract HR Specialist for a 6-month position. The incumbent will coordinate and administer a variety of HR programs and activities, ensuring smooth operations across multiple HR functions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support performance management and annual reviews.
- Facilitate the People & Capability process.
- Assist in employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for new hires.
