Job Description
About Us: A-list Communication, located in Lahore, is a premier provider of professional communication and dispatch services. We are looking for a dedicated Control Room Communication Officer (Dispatcher) to join our team and improve our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming calls, messages, radios, and CCTV feeds.
- Dispatch security personnel and effectively respond to incidents.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation.
- Communicate fluently in English with clients.
- Track patrols and provide timely updates.
- Prepare handover notes for the subsequent dispatcher.
Requirements:
- Previous dispatch experience is preferred.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Able to work rotational shifts.
- A valid CNIC is mandatory.
Location: Siddique Trade Center, Gulberg, Lahore.
