Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dedicated and skilled Call Centre / Control Room Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to calls and addressing inquiries from both staff and clients over the phone (no sales involved). This role involves supporting our offices in the UK and Dubai, as well as monitoring and managing email communications. Maintaining complete and accurate records on our computer systems and assisting with staff schedules and various support services will also be key responsibilities.
