Job Description
Job Description:
- Develop new business in line with targets allocated by Branch Manager/Head Office.
- Maintain effective customer relationships with transparency and clarity.
- Generate deposits and maintain them as per targets set.
- Ensure timely collection of monthly financing installments and support recovery for troubled segments.
- Provide full support for compliance in areas such as Credit, Anti-Money Laundering, and deposits.
Educational Qualification: BBA/MBA (Finance/Marketing)
Essential Experience:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in Banking/Financial Services.
- Commercial, Corporate, or SME experience is a must.
