Job Description
We are seeking a Country Commercial Performance Lead to define and execute a commercial strategy that delivers sustainable revenue and margin growth across the country. This role partners closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to set targets, monitor KPIs, and optimize pricing, promotions, and assortment.
- Responsibilities: Translate data into actionable plans, oversee execution, and continuously improve commercial performance.
- Qualifications: 7+ years in commercial analytics or sales strategy, advanced Excel and SQL skills, proven ability to convert insights into impact, and strong communication. Experience in FMCG, retail, or e‑commerce is preferred.
