Job Description
Meeting Matters Clinic is searching for a dedicated CRM Assistant to enhance our Customer Relationship Management system. In this vital role, you will be responsible for organizing client data, improving marketing strategies, and optimizing communication processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly update client data within the CRM.
- Assist in segmenting contacts for targeted marketing initiatives.
- Support the automation of email communications.
- Generate insightful reports on client interactions.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or CRM position, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
