Job Description
IT Empire is looking for a dynamic and motivated CRM Manager to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies, ensure the accuracy and currency of customer data management, analyze customer information for effective segmentation, and streamline CRM automation and sales processes.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, along with 6 months to 1 year of experience in CRM management or administration. Expertise in CRM systems, strong data analysis capabilities, and exceptional communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
