Job Description
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer experiences? Fun City is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CS) to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer interactions, guide them regarding our rides and games, and ensure they have a memorable experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist and handle customer inquiries.
- Provide guidance on rides and games.
- Work flexible shifts: Morning (10 AM to 6 PM) and Evening (3 PM to 11 PM, 4 PM to 12 AM).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
