Job Description
Fun City is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware and software, monitoring and maintaining systems, and troubleshooting various issues. You will assist staff and vendors via phone or in person to resolve problems and set up systems effectively.
The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. As a full-time position, you will work in person, providing essential support and documentation while managing user accounts and responding to emergency call-outs.
