Job Description
Orient Biz Tech is seeking experienced call center agents with exceptional communication skills for a full-time night shift position, from 7 PM to 4 AM with a one-hour break. Please apply only if you can work this schedule.
In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to provide information about our products and services, addressing customer inquiries, documenting calls, and identifying sales opportunities. You will also maintain accurate customer records in our database.
Fluency in English is required. Salary ranges from Rs35,00 to Rs100,00 per month, depending on experience.
