Job Description
A reputed telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Representor (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, provide online support, verify billing addresses, follow up with the operations team for fault rectifications, create and close network trouble tickets, and maintain records of faults.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Intermediate degree preferred. Freshers or candidates with 1 year of experience in a UK-based call center are welcome to apply.
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 (based on interview) with incentives up to Rs15,00.
Shifts: Monthly rotational shifts for males and morning shifts for females. Location: Lahore.
Benefits: Free medical insurance, remote work after a 4-month probation based on performance.
