Job Description
Axxon BPO is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Saddar, Rawalpindi. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information, and following up to ensure satisfaction. We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced candidates.
