Job Description
CloudRCM Solutions is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will manage incoming calls, foster relationships with healthcare providers and clients, address concerns, conduct cold calls, and verify provider information. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in medical billing, customer relations, or sales. Essential skills include strong verbal and written communication, persistence in converting leads, and effective problem-solving abilities.
