Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with exceptional communication skills and fluency in English to support our projects in the USA and UK. The ideal applicant will possess experience in packaging.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing calls, chats, and emails, generating sales inquiries, and collaborating with the estimation team to ensure timely quotes.
Strong customer service skills are essential, particularly in addressing complaints and ensuring prompt delivery. The working hours are from 8 PM to 5 AM, with weekends off, and the salary ranges from Rs30,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month.
