Job Description
Location: Faisalabad
Job Type: Full-time (Night Shift for US-based Clients)
Timing: 07:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
EHM IT Services is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of construction/estimation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients through calls, emails, and live chat.
- Collect project details and coordinate with the estimation team.
- Maintain and update customer records via CRM.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into clients.
Requirements: Minimum Intermediate education; prior customer service experience preferred.
