Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a leading telecom company, is seeking a Customer Care Executive Premium.
Position: Customer Care Executive Premium
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1 to 2 years as a CSR in a Call Center
Age Limit: 18-35
Location: Islamabad
Salary: Rs45,00 – Rs60,00 per month + up to Rs15,00 incentives
Job Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, provide online support, verify billing addresses, conduct sales leads, and enhance product sales while keeping records of faults.
Requirements: Fluent in English and must be available for rotational shifts.
